Both knew how to keep the course interesting and entertaining. The knowledge and pedagogy both have been able to demonstrate has been remarkable. Although I had done the course before with a different company and different training center. I can confirm having learned a lot, and gained confidence around HV equipment.

The Faraday Centre had fantastic facilities for showcasing switchgear safety and operation. Alan was sweet and friendly and highly knowledgeable. His experience shined when teaching.

Alan was patient and friendly, allowing us to make mistakes and learn by doing. We had plenty of breaks, which really helped us absorb information better. Really enjoyed just exploring the test switchgear, and examining OCBs and Contactors.

I enjoyed the practical element of the course. Alan Jones was our lecturer and he was highly knowledge and made it a fun and rewarding learning experience.

Overall experience is good. Scope was taught carefully and easy to understand.
