Great. I Didn’t like the bike drawing though because it assumes you’ve got visual recall. So was a teeny bit demoralising.

It was an interactive session especially great being after lunch, I liked the practical demonstration of the theory discussed

Really useful, lots of ideas to think about and reflect on. Going to use 'peer pressure as a positive' going forward.
