Amazing course, liked the practical elements. Would have been good to hear more from around the room and have the chance to ask questions.
I liked how it was not a complete lecture and there were lots of opportunities to discuss with colleagues. It was great to not spend time sharing ideas which put the pressure off and allowed us to just focus on the content instead of worrying about what to say to the whole room
Nice accessible content with clear implementation opportunities.
There was a focus on cold calling and theory behind it. But could include a greater number of stratagies that could be used. I felt it justifed many actions I am aware of, but didn't provide me with new stratagies.
