Craig was a highly skilled facilitator- great pacing, very knowledgeable and informative, friendly but not too jokey. I was already familiar with some change management ideas but this workshop really pushed my thinking and I’ve come away with some great new tools and strategies.
It would be more helpful to receive the slides (past session for review) and course agenda (for preview)
Really enjoyed it. Very laid back and with lots of content that was relevant.
I found the course interactive and right on par with the subject context: I noticed some attempts to create a safe space of engagement, and invitation to engage in groups and then an invitation to engage those thoughts into a larger more shared space. By the end of the course, I noticed a dramatic increase in engagement suggesting a further understanding of engaging conversations. The inclusion of various book titles covering more subject depth was also welcomed as it wasn't presented as a requirement but rather a friendly suggestion.
A really engaging trainer, learnt so much more about initiating conversations and being comfortable with being uncomfortable. Thank you very much for your time - Chris
