Engaging, great pace - clear pointers and areas to develop

Fun course and learnt a few important things. As a dyslexic I would like the course materials 30 mins before the course starts.

I thought that Claire was really good. She engaged with everyone and even the most nervous of people all took part in the role play scenario's etc. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and Claire was very good at giving guidance for particualr scenario's.

Great delivery of the course throughout. Very interactive and makes you think differently.

I’ve been on a few of these types of courses but you managed to keep me engaged and active so thanks for the session - it wasn’t a chore!

I’ve been on a few training calls conducted by Claire and I always find her approach non judgmental and she creates a safe environment to discuss sometimes difficult convocations or situations to help steer everyone to the best way of working.
