I cannot express how beneficial and motivational I found this course! Claire was a fabulous trainer who professionally navigated the course whilst also being friendly and personal. Both the course content and the method of delivery were flawless, and I left the course feeling excited and with an arsenal of tools to take back to the business which I plan to implement & share with my team. I would highly recommend this course to any business wanting to provide their employees with the tools to become inspirational leaders and effective managers. The training was very thought provoking and gave good discussion both in and outside the sessions. What was great was to see people having the same issues as you do, and being able to talk about things in a safe space. Tutors adapted the sessions to meet our needs and where there were subjects that were more useful we have time and space to discuss and reflect.
