Would be good to have more individual feedback from Laura during the workshop.
Response: Hi Gabriela, Thank you for your feedback and sorry you were disappointed with not receiving 1-2-1 feedback ,we aim to give you practice with your peers which are a more true 'real' audience. Sadly, on the one-day course we do not have the opportunity for individual trainer feedback , this is reserved for the two day course when each delegates does a 15 minutes presentation to the group with 1-2-1 critique from the trainer. A very interesting introduction to leadership. Good interactive exercises. It was really useful to reflect on work base scenarios and problem solving current and future issues.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was interactive and very well organised.
Good course, not sure ideal to have your managers with you at the same time. I think this should be for colleagues at the same level.
