Enjoyable session to start thinking about tools and life/work changes that can help overcome procrastination. I liked that the course didn't feel too rigidly structured and it allowed all individuals to feel welcome to talk about their experiences.
A very well lead course at a difficult and viral. Delivering training to a run of trainers is always hard and she did well.
Very interesting training that went into a lot of useful ideas that I will look into further. Sending the extensive training materials afterwards is very helpful, as is going over our original introductory comments to make sure every point was addressed.
