The content of the course and its delivery was very good. It was good to gain insights into leadership styles, what makes a good leader, what motivates people, delegating and managing oneself etc. Very nice course.
did not do this course for my appraisal but for personal curiosity and interests related to my job roles.
I enjoyed the course and will be putting things ( that I picked up) into practice.
I was quite hesitant attending this course, as I am not at the management level most of the attendees are at. Mike, was very engaging, and involved everyone on the course equally and has excellent presentation skills. Over all I have taken a lot from this course, and it has given me a different view not only in a coaching environment but also day to day meetings.
