Very useful course for ES update. Steph is very friendly with lots of experience in training in the NHS
Good discussion and overall day was positive; good session on coaching
The course was good but I felt that it could of been better by introducing the buyer types before getting in to the main training, I believe this would of made the training more relevant to what we do.

Really good day. Its been 10 years since I've completed any professional sales training and i always come away with something new or reminders of things that have worked well in the past or things i don't do anymore that i should. I believe we were getting a copy of the slides which id really like.
