Wonderful presenter and it was very useful. Scenarios were pertinent to real life situations. Some difficulties with technology meant not all those who registered were able to attend but I personally found the course very encouraging and obtained a lot of information and resources.

Great energy from everyone and the trainer, a lot of information was shared and will benefit us once we go back to branch
