Claire is fantastic- really informative. Giving detail to everyone’s person needs. Role play in day 2 really highlighted some of the issues we are facing day to day and Claire explained how we can manage this.
Great presentation great presenter. Room layout and air conditioning lacking but in fairness it was very hot weather. Will highly recommend Claire to others within the business. Hope to cross paths with Claire in the future she’s was so nice and informative.
Thank you so much Laura for a really informative course which helped me to begin to understand psychological safety. I really enjoyed how you tied the various references in with examples and challenged our understanding by asking us to work together in breakout rooms. I especially enjoyed working with different people each breakout room to learn from a greater number of colleagues. Thank you for your tips and tricks, and useful phrases which will help us work as, and with team leaders, and ultimately improve patient safety.
It was a long over five hour course but every second was worth it; time well invested. Lessons learned will stay for a lifetime. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the team.

Very interesting concept to help good team working capabilities
Generally, a well-designed course, that should be made mandatory for all team leaders, managers and administrators in the NHS. It was more participatory than I expected. The breakout rooms help in honest sharing of information and experiences and this enriches the productivity of this course
