I really enjoyed the pace of the course and the frequent use of break out rooms. Laura kept the number of people in the "rooms" to a minimum which created a safe space for discussion and to express views. There was a good mix of colleague and patient/relative scenarios. I feel that I have refreshed on previous learning and also gained some new knowledge and skills that I can use in the work place
Laura was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, great interesting anecdotal references. I just personally find anything which involves a screen for a whole day difficult therefore that’s where any improvement would come from.
Laura adapted the sessions to the needs of the group, we had enough opportunity for discussion and did some good networking at the same time. Supportive environment. Thank you

Very informative, interesting to know bias’s start forming in young minds from the age of 5 years and how mindful we need to be not to act on such thoughts. Lots of information on respecting all groups of people. Video examples where great, it gave a lot of food for thought.

Very inspiring session & opened my understanding to some diversity issues people could face; videos shared were powerful materials to highlight the various messages . The training helped to see different point of views & how does diversity is crucial, and impacts the community / workplace for the better. The training was very well structured, communicated via videos, mix of data info, break out sessions with colleagues. To summarise I loved this training & found the trainer and learning insightful !
