It was a good learning experience overall. Got to learn many new concepts and powerful communication tactics. It will be nice to have more life based/work atmosphere scenario videos next time(just a personal suggestion)

Engaging, lots of opportunities for reflection. The small group setting was conducive to explore personal experiences, and to openly and honestly share on identifying, experiencing, responding and coping with harassment and bullying in our workplace.
