An enjoyable course that provoked some good debating.

The length of the course is too long , we have recently completed on line modules covering various aspects of Diversity and inclusion. We are a company that are pretty strong in this area. Its important we don't over play this important subject , we need people to buy into the culture , rather than take away the impulse factors , such as perception and how a person interacts during the interview process.

Good to meet other employees and get their view points

Great course, constructive ways of how to make everyone feel included. More detail than any other courses I’ve done before and very interesting and interactive.
