A great session and a lovely trainer who was very informative and knowledgeable whilst being articulate and concise to pack all the information in. Great to mix with others from the business and hear other points of view from other departments other than my own. A valuable course to have completed, I hope to utilise lots of these techniques going forward, thank you.
