Claire was concise, knowledgable and patient with my technical difficulties. I also liked the fact that she drew on her previous experiences and encouraged others on the call to do the same.
A great course, most handy to hear other people's views - would love to do a follow up when poss in person!
Really useful course
An excellent delve into the importance of diversity awareness, in general, and the workplace in specific.
Very useful, brings into sharp focus of how we should be mindful of other people, looking beyond our initial generalisation and to prevent ourselves from making unintentional harmful mistakes.
