Claire is a fantastic course leader. I have learnt lots on this course especially about leaders and managers. She is ver engaging. I will be putting actions into my current role when I’m back in the office and speaking to my manager for some changes to implement.
I found the course to be very informative. Clare our trainer delivers the course in a very fun and easy to understand way. The overall experience, I’ve learnt a lot, had fun and taken a lot out of the course.
Overall cant fault claire one bit. She engages with all the people on course as a whole but also individually. The course details and materials she provides is next to non and she doesnt make it over complicated

Wonderful presenter and it was very useful. Scenarios were pertinent to real life situations. Some difficulties with technology meant not all those who registered were able to attend but I personally found the course very encouraging and obtained a lot of information and resources.
Really useful as a newcomer to sales. Enjoyed the day. Useful relevant content.
