I enjoyed the course especially how we were always split into different teams meaning you could always hear different view points and opinions and learn a lot more because of this.

Claire's style is very engaging and she clearly knows her subject matter. Nice pace and relevant for a multi-level management audience. I used to teach in the FedEx Leadership Institute and am very familiar with the content. I am grateful for being invited since I am able to show the wider team how important the course was/is when engaging with teams remote or otherwise. Thank you!
Dilys was a great trainer and moderator, she was a lovely presence and good at responding to the room. The course was highly interactive and kept my attention very well, after almost 2 years of virtual events this was one of the better implementations I've seen. Overall, I thought it was a great curriculum and delivery.

Claire was excellent. Very interactive and personable. I would make this a course to be done mandatory every 6 months.
