Was good getting the basics reinforced. Not anything new to takeaway but frequent antidotes like the session Claire conducted are essential for recalling stuff that you may know and should practice.

Exceptional course and content. Our trainer Claire was superb, very clear and delivered all aspects of the course with high levels of enthusiasm. I would recommend and leader within an organisation to attend this course, it relates so much to our day to day roles. I have learnt a great deal and will implement so much from the course content on return to the workplace.

The course was really good, Claire managed to make what is normally a boring thing (being in a classroom for 4 days) really engaging, interesting and funny.
