I thought the course was really interesting and certainly highlighted a lot of areas to learn from and bring into my role. The unconscious bias section was particularly valuable.

Very helpful

Although this was a serious learning experience, it was enjoyable, easy to understand, Claire was knowledgeable and made everyone welcome. It was great to be with other department colleagues within the business where we would usually only be with out direct team so knowledge and experiences were shared.
