A fantastic course, Laura was excellent, so good at answering questions, and giving useful suggestions. I really feel much more confident in my approach to teaching, especially online sessions, and the course was far more useful than I anticipated

Good introduction to DE&I. Builds a foundation and focuses on avoidance of issues. Good showcase of unconscious bias.
Overall extremely interesting. Good to learn more about unconscious bias and understand how it effects my every day thinking.
