Claire is amazing, very knowledgeable. The course is very relevant, even for experienced staff. Certain things which seem trivial in the day to day are refreshed and the importance is reinvigorated. Certainly have lots of parts that are food for thought to take away and apply to my day-to-day in my current job role.

We had some issues with the class call but managed to still get involved and learned all i needed to know to develop over the course

I found this course very helpful. It was a great refresher on sales and negotiation but I've also learnt new things such as FFF and ACC techniques. I would highly recommend it.

Loved the VBR content, and also learning to ask more questions than I currently do.

The course was very interesting and now made me more aware of the things we say and do and many of the things can be prevented.

Excellent course with good resources such as videos and clear explanations from the lecturer in regards of all the topics discussed. overall it was a good opportunity to get informed about how to treat well others at work.
