What stood out for me the most was understanding the negative spiralling in the presentation skills. It made me realise I have been in a complete negative spiral and may not have been as optimistic and positive as I normally am. I almost wish I had seen it sooner as it may have helped me feel more confident during the completion of this course. I now feel a lot more comfortable about completing the presentation and understand that I was placed on this course for a reason and I am grateful for that. Really and truly the course would not be the same without Claire.
