I felt all the learning was valuable however understanding people and defining their personality style & skill/will is the most valuable. It will help me understand my team going forward. Clare is a brilliant tutor who made the course engaging and inspiring. Thoroughly enjoyed it
The slide content’s sometimes in small bond and difficult to read.

Overall good course and engaging trainer. However, the course materials (slide deck) were not sent in a timely manner after the course, someone else had to chase them up. It would have been nice to have a hard copy to make notes on as course went on but appreciate wanted people to be engaged and involved in the session.
