Useful information on leaders and people skills for the workplace. Some new sources to investigate for further learning, building on past personal experiences and leading a team.
Really interesting content, presented very well by Claire. The kick-off session (making us introduce eachother) was a fantastic icebreaker, but having e.g. Amy introduce Maria made me get names mixed up. Name badges might help (cards wouldn’t as we move around a lot). I really appreciated the mix of theory, practice, and role-play, and look forward to coming back for the second half of the course.

Claire is really friendly, bubbly and outgoing and gets you all involved in the activities around the course. I have enjoyed both days upto now and feel I have learnt a lot that I didn’t know. This is very new for me and Claire has made learning very easy and enjoyable and I am looking forward to day 3 and 4! Thank you 😊

Well structured and less stressed. Need more interactive sessions and more time( more days) . Overall it's good , just need more practice.
