It is the first time I have attended a Zoom course when there was some much interaction between attendees and presenter. This did pose a few problems in terms of IT but these were usually resolved quickly. I think the Course presenter manged these situation very well without becoming stressed. We did cover a lot of material but I found the course very instructive and motivating. I learned new skills despite having attended similar courses in the past. I would recommend this course to other colleagues to attend. Thank you very much.

Great training that was interactive with different discussions with the trainer and also between people attending the training. I liked the videos that were very powerful to explain specific situations and behaviors. Good take away ideas to easily improve our behaviors in the working space.
