This was really helpful, and I enjoyed both days, the way of the teaching and the activities were all helpful. Also was great opportunity to share thoughts with other colleagues, which gave me different ideas and information. Thank you.

The course dragged out into 2 days . Could be finished in one day Sometimes could not hear trainer. She is pleasant polite flexibly knows her subject and could be briefed better
