Claire was very enthusiastic about the day. Course material was easy to understand and more enjoyable than the last as it's a subject we were familiar with. Saddened that this is the last time that we will be seeing Claire.

Really enjoyed this course (loved the first one as well) but this one was more Staff / Sales oriented. Claire is a great trainer and gets the best out of us by the way she talks to us and the questions she asks. Would be happy to do more training with Claire and Maguire training.
