A lot of knowledge given out and Claire was great at keeping things entertained and breakout sessions were great too.
Overall I found the course informative and interesting. It was also nice to engage with others from within UK greetings who you wouldn’t normally see or communicate with.

The trainer was very dynamic and explained many topics in a very engaging way. I found a bit complicated to follow some parts as I was unable to see her screen, anyway, she gave us the details so I could find them on the side. I think this course could be a bit better if it was in class, as some of us were attending from our workplace and it did not allow us to engage more. Thank you Claire, it was a great training.
