Really enjoyed the course, and learnt alot around how each area starts to interlink and the key areas i want to improve.

Clare is a fantastic trainer and makes the course really interesting. The workbooks could do with a better cohesion with the presentation slides, as often there is content on the slides that aren’t in the workbooks. Overall, these face to face sessions are great and Clare is brilliant at explaining complex theories - and providing real world experience and knowledge.

Really engaging and enjoyable

Claire was very natural as a presenter, as well as providing clear and informative material for this course. I enjoyed learning/re-learning the many key areas surrounding diversity and inclusion.

Claire provided a in-depth view into diversity and inclusion, all points touch on can be related back to real world scenarios, whether in the workplace or just general day to day. Much can be taken away from this not only to improve ourselves but also our working environment. This has given me much to think on and will allow me to better myself as a manager and person
