As someone with anxiety, I sometimes find it very hard to interact and get involved so it was really refreshing and such a confidence boost to feel comfortable being able to put my input in the session and everyone listened. I also enjoyed the content within the session as it broadened my views and knowledge within the company and factors that could effect the company.

Technical issue at the start of the session, quickly rectified and apologised for. Didn't impact learning overall. Very engaging trainer with clear experience, great work enabling group interaction and good engagement from most colleagues.

It was a great interactive session, with eye opening things learnt about myself and how I deal with psychological stress at work.

It would be nice to have an acting case about a difficult emotional discussion and how to put what we learn in the course in practice as first everything going wrong and a second case managing everything better
