Very informative, helpful and useful for better communication as well as understanding of terms used in communication and social psychology. I will highly recommend it if you work in NHS and pursuing your career to be consultant, or already a consultant. Beside clinical skills you must have communication skills taught in this course.

This was an excellent course run by Claire, who took time to discuss any details the we "didn't get". It was a fun course with plenty to do and found it to be engaging at all times.
The course was on point and practical, demystifying the fears of delegation in management, and providing us with practical guides to managing people, and approaches to coaching our team to be at their best, bringing out their full potential at work.
