Zoom always hard to keep all engaged but worked well with interaction from all.
Really enjoyed it today as were were learning more about the wider Miele company.

Fantastic training, Claire has the ability to run the course in a way that I can absorb the information and put into real life scenarios, I’m looking forward to trying some of the new skills I’ve learnt.
