Both the course content and the method of delivery were flawless, and I left the course feeling excited and with an arsenal of tools to take back to the business which I plan to implement & share with my team. The training was very thought provoking and gave good discussion both in and outside the sessions. What was great was to see people having the same issues as you do, and being able to talk about things in a safe space. Tutors adapted the sessions to meet our needs and where there were subjects that were more useful we have time and space to discuss and reflect.
I found the course amazing, the trainer Claire was amazing in how she delivered the course. It was fun, interactive and informative.
