Lovely personality, great communication, and deliverable of the content. Great that we are all involved with the activities despite dreading it, but Sam managed to make it fun.

It has been a very insightful and informative 2 days. There was a good mix of activities and formal content. Sam presented the information in a clear, engaging and relatable way and managed to keep the subject matter informative (there were no propping up my eyelids moments). Overall, a very valuable and well delivered course.
