I really enjoyed the course and Sam the trainer was really good and engaging

Very well delivered, lots of variety, clear information and easily understood. Sam was great!

I thought the activities were very useful as they gave me ideas on useful training methods and teaching aids. I enjoyed learning about behavior profiling and thought the tips on how to structure ( in particular starting and ending) training were good. Sam was very professional, engaging and had a wealth of knowledge to pass on. I would have liked to see some specific examples of good training presentations and practiced presenting a little more.
