I have enjoyed the course although there is a lot of content but things to take away and have further reading.

Interesting course, learnt about positive behaviour and how we can implement it in practice. Trainer was engaging and listening to everyone.

Really good session and interactive with whiteboard, booklet and team work. Good to see what can be done or what can be put in place before having to de-escalate a situation. However difficulty in applying some situations in A&E with a a busy department and limited staff/rooms, cannot isolate all kids with learning disabilities. Liam very interactive and engaging with the group, understanding of different work situations.

Lots to think about regarding learning difficulties, triggers and cues. To consider how to improve communication and create a calm environment to meet patients needs. To be more self aware.

Liam was very knowledgeable and his energy made the long days go quicker. He took time to make sure everyone took in what was being taught.

Thoroughly went threw each step and made sure we understood everything . Made me laugh and very supportive

Excellent trainer made it easy for us to understand was very helpful for me to complete the quiz’s by reading the the questions clearly for me to understand what the question asked made me feel at ease with doing break away training as I was nervous with me having a bad back, very engaging and knows how to crack a joke

The trainer really took us through very well. All sessions were very informative and it made me value non restrictive response more. This was one of the best training l have done on the subject.
