A very well led course. Amy was very knowledgeable and I felt that the information was very relevant to my role. I feel confident in what I have been taught and I feel that I can now take this confidently to my place of work.
I really enjoyed the refresher course, I Enjoyed seeing Amy was our Trainer, nice to have some familiarity and Amy was a very relaxed but positive trainer, thankyou for today.

Great to get updated with the RRN holds , well delivered with an easy understanding of how to use the hold in a safe way . Ben goes above and beyond to make sure evryone feels comfortable and can adapt to the holds with a safe approach . After working within the health care industry for a number of years now and had different types of trainers I haven’t come across a trainer who can deliver this course in such professional way . Highly recommended !
