Kirstie was a great trainer, giving lots of real life examples of practice. Good balance of theory and practical work that was enjoyable and made very clear throughout.

I have really enjoyed the training today - I was pleasantly surprised that I could manage the breakaway techniques ( after come practice!). Kirstie was very good at teaching and making the sessions fun.
