I feel like I have a comprehensive understanding of children's behaviour and how children work up to the challenging behaviour they present when upset. I preferred the practical side, however this was a personal preference and not the fault of delivery. Delivery was very engaging with the constant use of real life situations and examples

Very clear and organised training. Good mixture of discussion and tasks. Trainers very friendly and very happy they provided lots of snacks.
