Great training from a knowledgeable instructor who used real life examples to make the subject matter interesting. I think it would be good to have had a couple of breaks rather than one as I found it difficult to concentrate after a while as there was a lot of information to take in and assimilate - the second break would have helped with that.

Really great refresher. 3.5 hour sessions over two days on Teams worked well. Lots of info to get through and trainer made lots of efforts to get people to share and give feedback. Nicely balanced group and great engagement.
