Overall the course was taught well by the trainers, would be nice to implement at work if all members of staff were required for this training.

The course was well presented but there were some elements we were unable to complete due to restrictions of video conferencing. It was presented in a relaxed and informative way with opportunity to ask questions and share experiences

Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) was strange course before i got here. But the training was helpful. I got to understand Arousal Model and how the graph works. It was intensively taught and the national guidelines. The practical was important and good
