Very good insight and very kind of tutors to divulge such personal information. This was a totally different approach to just reading/watching slides. I'm very grateful. This will help me not only for my residents but also for me and family and friend mental health which has a knock on effect and causes me to worry and stress. Hannah was very friendly and knowledgeable and brought the group with her really effectively. The content was broad and useful for our teams, regardless of specific roles. it also fitted very well with PCP and LIFE tools.
