The course material was clear and easy to follow, the trainer read a lot directly from this document...........perhaps a presentation would allow for the audience to be more engaged throughout the programme.

Really enjoyed the course. Hanna made it very interesting and I am leaving feeling a lot more confident especially in the break away techniques

Great training from a knowledgeable instructor who used real life examples to make the subject matter interesting. I think it would be good to have had a couple of breaks rather than one as I found it difficult to concentrate after a while as there was a lot of information to take in and assimilate - the second break would have helped with that.
