It was a lovely session with lots of information and practice. Trainer Ben was very interactive and engaging with all of us. I have some health issues and I informed him initially. He made me comfortable throughout the whole session. Thank you Ben and team for session.
Had a great time today. I would say I have learnt a life skill to keep myself safe. I would happily suggest the course to anyone who needs it. And it was so informative.
