Very informative, learnt new techniques from previous restraints training. Feeling confident in my own ability with new teaching recieved. Liam explained in detail not only the technique but also why we do it this way.
I found Liam very understanding and made me feel so confident and comfortable. I now feel so confident within my self in how to handle being in certain settings and situations.
I was very nervous about doing the restraint part as I was scared of hurting some one but I feel confident now and the trainer Liam put me at ease a lot he was good with understanding and breaking things down
