Ben was very engaging , his way of teaching and educating is clear and information stays in my head. I have learned a lot of new things I was not even aware of as a medical practitioner. I am sure I will be able to apply more than 50% of learning to my clinical and everyday practice. Andy was also great, I loved his points that he added into the sessions. I recently attended the PBS training led by Shaheed and it was an excellent experience. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and professional throughout the session.
