An amazing course. Lee was so efficient in his delivery methods and the way in which he involved everyone comfortably. Would highly recommend and would love to carry out further courses with Lee as the trainer - superb!!

Ben was brilliant! Delivered such a difficult & important topic with great ease & clarity. I will definitely be trying to be more aware of the setting events and trigger points and viewing behaviour of concerns more as a way of communicating rather than a challenging behaviour. Thanks again.
