Ben was very friendly, he used some of his own experiences to really lock in why the information/technique was important and effective. He was very understanding of my physical condition and made sure I was able to sit and rest when I needed to.

Ben was very knowledgeable. Helpful with questions and gave great advice and showed techniques to increase confidence.

Good refresher course on behavioural intervention. Happy to relearn about the reasoning around the behaviour types and how we deescalate behaviours of concerns.
